Appointments
Appointments have to be booked first. On wednesday you can make an appointment at the Okelaar, Wolvertem and on Monday-, Tuesday-, Thursday- and Friday evening at Eghezée.
How to book an appointment?
By telephone
Appointments can be made by telephone every weekday between 7.00 AM and 9.00 PM, selecting option 1 when calling 0032 2 267 68 99
By Internet
Always state the first and last name of the person you are making an appointment for. When there are several persons needing an appointment, please state their names as well. An appointment normally lasts 20 minutes per person. If you are unable to attend, please let us know by telephone so someone else can take your place. You can also cancel your appointment online using your username and password.
If you need a blood test, electrocardiogram or a gynecological examination, please state this when making an appointment so the extra time needed for this can be provided.
We aim to treat every problem according to the rules of good medicine. To ensure the time schedule is followed efficiently and to reduce waiting time we would like to ask you to:
- Be on time
- If there is more than one person that need an appointment, make a second appointment
- To check in advance which chronic medication you need to ensure sufficient prescriptions
- To prepare for the appointment by writing down all of your symptoms and questions, in order not to forget anything during the consultation.
With kind regards,
Dr. Maria Goossens.
